Jason Evans has been tattooing since February of '99.  Starting in South Dakota, Jason also tattooed in Baton Rouge, LA for a short while.  In 2002, Jason moved and started working in Cedar Rapids.  He opened Neon Dragon Tattoo in January 13th, 2005 and the shop quickly became on of Eastern Iowa's premier body art studios.  Jason has traveled extensively in the tattoo convention circuit and as won many awards for his flash and tattoos that he has done.  Jason works mainly by appointment with the exception of Saturdays which are generally reserved for first come first serve walk ins.
