Jason Evans has been tattooing since 1999 and opened the Neon Dragon in January 2005 with the intention of creating a fun, friendly, and clean environment to get a great tattoo at a fair price.  Here is a small example of his work.  For more from Jason, check out myspace.com/NeonDragonTattoo which gets updated more often than this site.

With the exception of 'Walk-in Wednesdays, Jason generally works by appointments at the Neon Dragon Tattoo Studio in Hiawatha, Iowa, a suburb of Cedar Rapids.  Jason doesn't make apptoinments over the phone or via email, so if you would like to book an appointment with Jason stop by the shop at 310 E. Blairsferry Rd Jason is also a member of the Christian Tattoo Association and believes strongly in God and family.  Although we do not push our religious beliefs onto others, if you are looking for spiritual guidance Jason would be happy to help you find what you are missing in your life.
