Neon Dragon Tattoo was opened in January 2005 by award winning tattoo flash artist, Jason Evans.  After opening our doors, Neon Dragon quickly became one of Eastern Iowa's premier tattoo studios. Continuing to win awards at near every convention they go to, Jason Evans, Andrew Douglas, and Jay-R Wilson bring a new aura to the tattoo community.  Not only with their exceptional artwork, but also their attitudes and sense of humor.  Along with our newest artist, Kris as well as Hanna Wood (piercing apprentice), the Neon Dragon Crew has a drive and motivation to meet and exceed your expectations!
